Timing, pricing, and payment terms are confirmed by email before work begins. Custom work may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started.

Returns for change of mind or small handmade variations generally cannot be accepted. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out so we can discuss the best option.

Your information stays yours
Information is used to answer inquiries, process orders, arrange delivery or pickup, and provide support. We do not store full payment-card details or sell personal information.
Shipping
Packed carefully, shipped within the U.S.
Most in-stock work ships within 3 business days, or up to one week during busy periods. Options, costs, and applicable sales tax are shown at checkout. If anything arrives damaged, please send photos of the box, packing, and piece as soon as you can.
